Essential Job Functions

  • Maintain, organiz e, and file Process Instructions
  • Maintain master Process Instructions consisting of gathering the necessary signatures and sending to the customer for approval
  • Issue COA's within one (1) day of request; gather information, type & have COA approved
  • Maintain Change Control Documentation; attend change control meetings, update old change control lo & file hard copies in office.
  • Audit compliant at all times
  • Maintain files in 'M' Drive
  • Care for office equipment including but not limited to change cartridges, call repairman, clean when necessary
  • Order office materials

    Qualifications
  • Twoyear degree or significant experience required in area of discipline
  • Able to perform r esponsibilities and e xpectations to Supervisors' satisfaction.
  • Must be able to follow Good Manufacturing Practices guidelines.
  • Must be able to operate various computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, JD Edwards & Sample Manager
  • Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer focused; must be flexible in dealing with others in the organization, and with work assignments/projects.
  • Must be capable of both creative thought and deductive reasoning.
  • Selforganized.
  • Selfmotivated; Ability to work independent of supervision.
  • Team player; Participation on Plant Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
  • Reliability & attendance is essential to job qualification.
  • Ability to lift 55 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Able to use hands and arms to move various items
