**Essential Job Functions**
- Maintain, organiz e, and file Process Instructions
- Maintain master Process Instructions consisting of gathering the necessary signatures and sending to the customer for approval
- Issue COA’s within one (1) day of request; gather information, type & have COA approved
- Maintain Change Control Documentation; attend change control meetings, update old change control lo & file hard copies in office.
- Audit compliant at all times
- Maintain files in ‘M’ Drive
- Care for office equipment including but not limited to change cartridges, call repairman, clean when necessary
- Order office materials

- Two-year degree or significant experience required in area of discipline
- Able to perform r esponsibilities and e xpectations to Supervisors’ satisfaction.
- Must be able to follow Good Manufacturing Practices guidelines.
- Must be able to operate various computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, JD Edwards & Sample Manager
- Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer focused; must be flexible in dealing with others in the organization, and with work assignments/projects.
- Must be capable of both creative thought and deductive reasoning.
- Self-organized.
- Self-motivated; Ability to work independent of supervision.
- Team player; Participation on Plant Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
- Reliability & attendance is essential to job qualification.
- Ability to lift 55 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to use hands and arms to move various items
