**Role in a Nutshell**

You will take a hands-on role in leading our Google Ads activities driven by a strong client focus and measurable KPIs. You will drive reporting, tracking, and optimization for the “Grow” digital marketing division providing innovative paid digital marketing solutions for our medical practice clients. You will lead data collection practices to understand competitive trends and ultimately execute strategies that deliver predictable leads to end customers resulting in high conversion rates.

**Scope of Duties**
- Set up and manage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking for our clients to ensure accurate tracking of website and marketing data.
- Develop data analysis and reporting strategies to provide insights and recommendations for marketing and sales teams.
- Work with clients to identify their key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement appropriate tracking to monitor progress towards those goals.
- Provide training and support to clients on the proper use of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, especially as they relate to Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking.
- Identify gaps in data access and design solutions to ensure digital campaigns maintain accurate revenue attribution.
- Interface with all client-facing departments while teaming up with the creative team and being the technical backbone of marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of digital marketing strategies and monitor/analyze individual account performance to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage promotional deadlines, approvals, and tasks. Possess/gain strong knowledge and appreciation of the cosmetic industry.
- Have an appreciation for statistical significance and verify that enough data collection has been gained before recommending any changes. Understand the source of data and be able to communicate that effectively across teams.
- Define and refine the reporting for Digital Marketing LOB. Manage the flow of leads from the top of the funnel to patient revenue generation, identifying and mitigating any gaps.
- Monitor/analyze live Google/FB ad campaigns for clients; recommend areas needing improvement and areas of opportunity. Be familiar with the products of the clients in our vertical market(s), and their use of digital marketing solutions to drive leads.
- Act as a consultant in your communications with the digital marketing team. Understand their business objectives, and challenges and creatively respond with digital marketing solutions.

**What you Offer**
- Bachelor’s or College degree in Marketing or related field is an asset.
- Experience with CallRail, HubSpot, and Unbounce is an asset
- Must possess Google Analytics Certification or Google Ads Certified.
- Experience in Google Ads management environment, automated bidding, machine learning, tracking, reporting, and tactics for improvement. Experience placing display media on Google Display Net
