**Objective**: The Manager of Clinical Services plays a critical leadership role in managing our programs by supporting, coaching and mentoring interdisciplinary staff and infusing them with the knowledge and enthusiasm required to provide excellent primary care to our patients.

The MCS has a key role in the engagement of our physician members and clinics supporting progression of their quality action plan initiatives and resourcing requirements of our decentralized staff; managing, supporting and reviewing our central programs including staffing, and to support, coach and mentor clinical staff to infuse them with the knowledge and enthusiasm required to provide excellent primary care to our patients.

**ABOUT THE EDMONTON WEST PRIMARY CARE NETWORK**:
With a mission to support family physicians in improving primary care through relationships, collaboration and innovation, Primary Care Networks (PCN) are groups of family doctors who work with other health professionals to coordinate the comprehensive delivery of primary care services for their patients. Our team of health professionals include Nurses, Dieticians, Pharmacists, Behavioural Health Consultants, Social Workers and Exercise Specialists who collaborate to provide comprehensive primary care services for the community.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a clinical, patient-facing role.
- Previous people or program management experience is preferred.
- Professional development in at least one area including project management, quality improvement (i.e. Lean Six Sigma) and/or change management (i.e. PROSCI) is an asset.
