Your Opportunity:
The Alberta Health Services is seeking a skilled Clinical Operations Manager to lead our patient care units. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing interdisciplinary clinical leadership and operational management to ensure high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to staff to achieve comprehensive and integrated care planning.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to promote evidence-based practice and patient safety.
- Lead the implementation of provincial, zone, and local clinical and operational priorities and initiatives at the unit level.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure collaborative care and appropriate scope of practice.
- Coach, mentor, and lead team members in the delivery of quality care and clinical quality improvements.
Requirements:
- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing required.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, such as Charge Nurse, Nurse Educator, or Professional Practice Lead.
- Demonstrated experience in critical care, emergency, and observation room settings.
