As a core member of our Intelligent Automation (IA) team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Intelligent Automation (IA) is a multi-skilled team charged with identifying, building and deploying operational solutions leveraging a suite of emerging technologies, such as Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Robotics Process Automation, and Business Process Management, Reconciliation Tools, APIs and Automation.

**Your Role**:

- You will create, gather, document or review business requirements, user stories, mockups and acceptance criteria.
- Assign Theme and Category to new development requests
- Determine if the JIRA is part of a larger project and if the JIRA items should be combined/merged
- Lead meetings, workshops and discussions with Subject Matter Experts to brainstorm solutions and assess feasibility of outcomes
- Raise strategic items on Business Requirements call with the Development team for sizing or resizing
- Document and communicate business outcomes and gains from proposed solutions
- Review product roadmap, backlog maintenance and grooming to ensure Business Requirements are managed timely and effectively
- Own and review solution design documents clearly articulating as-is and to-be states
- Ensure each release / new functionality has UAT and Smoke test testers assigned
- Communicate development objective, understand business needs and possible solution scenarios plus impact thereof as part of Business Requirements gathering
- Lead or assist in creation of training documentation, e-learning and user guides of new functionality/solutions
- Lead the maintenance and build-out of the Tibco Community library, including creation of Knowledge and Understanding of Tibco's workings
- Provide Product Support to the Business
- Release demos to appropriate audiences, and share feedback sessions with Function Senior Leadership Teams
- Work with stakeholders to rollout functionality / solutions to target teams/offices
- Collaborate with Product manager, Business Subject Matter Experts & Testers + cross-functional teams to improve the product, its data integrity and data reliance
- Work with the Development team to resolve Support issues & communicate status & progress to Stakeholders

**About You**:

- You have 5+ years of experience leveraging agile project management to deliver multiple projects on time and in scope in a fast paced environment.
- Possess a strategic mindset and find motivation in creatively solving problems
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage competing priorities
- Undergrad degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields
- Exceptional communications skills, both written and oral, and the ability to capture a diverse audience
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Confident leading code reviews, design sessions and reviewing technical documentation
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence to manage projects
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, design documentation, process flows and wireframes in order to clearly communicate a set of functional requirements
- Strong business requirement analytical skills with the ability to produce clearly articulated requirements and documents
