Job Overview

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking an experienced RPA Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering new Automations for Business to drive the transformation of HR processes. Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills in Blue Prism, SQL, and Python, as well as strong communication and problem-solving abilities. You will work closely with Operations, Technology, and Business teams to capture requirements, streamline, and automate processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Developing robust automation processes leveraging RPA (Blue Prism)
  • Accountable for development of new or significant changes/enhancements to RPA processes.
  • Supporting initiatives led by operational excellence managers, business managers, or service partners, relating to streamlining processes, and providing data and analytics.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • Proficiency with Blue Prism, SQL, and Python
  • Ideally 2+ years previous work experience of Blue Prism
  • 1 year of previous work experience with Python
  • 1 year of previous work experience on API integration with Blue Prism
  • Good Knowledge of SQL server
  • Undergraduate Degree
  • Excellent Communication Skills
