- Job SummaryThe UBC Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) is fully distributed and provides students the opportunity to study in state-of-the-art labs at sites around the province. The MPT-Vic cohort, located at the University of Victoria will welcome students starting Fall 2024.

This role provides support to the admissions and recruitment process for the MPT program. The incumbent will provide information, guidance and direction to prospective students, current students and the general public regarding all Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) program options in the Department of Physical Therapy.

The incumbent will report to the Health Professional Programs Manager and will take workflow direction from the Admissions and Recruitment Manager in the UBC Department of Physical Therapy.

To provide effective and efficient support, this position is occasionally required to work varied hours for occasional attendance at exams, events, and meetings. Occasional regional and provincial travel may be required.

This position is located off-campus at the Vancouver Island Technology Park.
- Job Requirements**Experience**:
This position requires a level of education, training and experience equivalent to 3 years of experience working within a comparable environment.

- An understanding of post-secondary administrative and admissions processes.

**Specialized Knowledge/Education**:

- Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
