**Brief Description**:
The position of Bookkeeper/Administrator consists of performing any combination of bookkeeping and office related tasks.

**Hours**:
**Tasks**:

- Answering phones, recording messages and providing answers to customer inquiries
- Scheduling/routing
- Data entry
- Accounts payable and receivable support
- Create invoices based on quotes and T&M data
- Digital filing and file maintenance for accounting
- Other duties as assigned

**Working Conditions**:

- This is a permanent, full time, year-round position.
- Flexible hours and remote work options.
- Wages will be based on experience.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience with Jobber an asset
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Office & Excel)
- Prior experience in Bookkeeping an asset
