Restaurant Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. **Duties**:

- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Oversee food preparation and ensure consistent quality
- Train and develop staff members on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Create employee schedules and manage labor costs
- Conduct interviews and hire new team members
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in interviewing and hiring staff members
