**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. **Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff members to provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct interviews, hire, and onboard new employees.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop and update menu offerings.
- Oversee the implementation of marketing initiatives to attract new customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and employee schedules.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using POS systems and other restaurant management software.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and health regulations.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred.
