**E-Commerce Product and Data Assistant**

**Location**: Woodbridge, ON (Hwy 7 / Weston Road)
**Hours**: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, Year-Round (8 AM - 5 PM)
**Compensation**: Competitive starting salary with potential for quarterly increases based on performance

We are a rapidly expanding distributor of automotive and architectural vinyl wraps and supplies, based in the Greater Toronto Area. With 14 online stores, we serve a global customer base, handling a high volume of sales daily. Our commitment to excellence ensures that our customers receive nothing less than perfection.

**The Opportunity**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Punctuality, reliability, and courteousness towards customers, colleagues, and superiors.
- Identifying and evaluating potential new products to sell based on market trends, customer demand, and competitive analysis.
- Creating and managing product listings on various e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
- Writing compelling product descriptions, optimizing images, and ensuring listings are SEO-friendly to maximize visibility and sales.
- Entering and maintaining accurate data records in Excel spreadsheets.
- Organizing and analyzing data to support inventory management, sales tracking, and reporting.
- Assisting in the design and development of our Amazon storefront to enhance brand presence and customer experience.
- Ensuring the storefront is regularly updated with new products, promotions, and engaging content.
- Providing support in various e-commerce tasks as needed, including customer service, order processing, and inventory management.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data entry.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
- Strong research skills and the ability to identify market trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with SEO and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools for product images.
- Previous experience in a similar e-commerce role.

- Starting at $22/hour, with potential increases up to $30/hour
- 45 hours per week minimum, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for additional hours

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 45 per week
