**Position —**E-Commerce Operations Manager (Full-Time)

**Requirements**:

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, particularly on platforms like Amazon, Shopify, or similar (preferred but not mandatory).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience in management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address operational challenges and implement effective solutions to drive improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, SEO, or PPC advertising is an asset.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, logistics, and inventory management systems is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a solutions-oriented mindset.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of e-commerce business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain a clear organizational structure aligned with company objectives.
- Directly monitor and supervise, support, and guide office managers to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Design, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track and evaluate performance metrics.
- Perform consistent and regular analysis of business performance using reporting systems, and adjust/correct operational strategies to achieve and exceed set goals.
- Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.
- Foster seamless communication and collaboration across departments and among team members to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Proactively research, identify and propose new business development opportunities to drive growth and increase market presence.
- Develop and implement sales strategies while mentoring and coaching sales and marketing managers to optimize results, leveraging platforms such as Google Ads and Amazon Advertising.
- Resolve complex issues, including troubleshooting Amazon claims, addressing reviews, and managing refund processes with the customer service department.
- Effectively distribute workload among team members, set realistic deadlines, and monitor progress to maintain productivity.
- Organize and lead weekly milestone meetings to track progress and address challenges.
- Provide consistent daily updates and reports to the CEO on operational progress, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in e-commerce or retail operations management, preferably in roles involving Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms (such as eBay).
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with excellent grammar and business communication proficiency; additional language skills in Russian or Ukrainian are an asset.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to handle complex operational challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy in project management, order fulfillment, and other critical e-commerce processes.
- Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing business needs and market conditions.
- Proactive and independent decision-making skills, with the ability to manage high-priority tasks and urgent situations efficiently.
