We're seeking a Personal Assistant to work in our office located in the Highway 7 and 400 area, right near the TTC Vaughan station. In this role, you will work closely with our team to create landing pages, edit photographs, post listings on various online platforms, research competitors, develop marketing plans, and ultimately help grow our business. Your day-to-day will involve utilizing AI tools to streamline processes and optimize listings, while also managing key business components under the safety of a supportive team environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize AI software and tools to create and edit landing pages and other digital content.
- Capture and edit high-quality photographs of our products.
- Create compelling product listings across various e-commerce platforms.
- Conduct market and competition research to provide detailed reports.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Stay organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with AI tools and digital content creation.
- Strong photography and photo editing skills.
- Ability to create and manage e-commerce listings.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset - you’ve tried running a business but want the structure and resources of a company to take your skills to the next level.
- Proficiency in tools like WordPress, Shopify, and various social media platforms is a plus.
