**Job Description**:

- Supports the coordination and administration of the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Perform administrative duties such as pulling weekly reports for different client groups
- Establishes and maintains files in relation to various trainings
- Collect data to maintain internal statistics and performance indicators
- Occasionally participates as an active member on special projects to support both internal and external business partners.
- Occasionally use available tools (Articulate Rise, Articulate 360, VYOND, PowerPoint, others), to modify e-learning modules

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a Canadian College/University in a Human Resources Program or equivalent.
- Curious by nature; eager to self-learn new software and able to pick up new tech tools quickly.
- Ability to create multilingual products.
- Bilingual communication skills in French and English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and remote environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
