We are looking for a motivated and professional Office Assistant to help with the organization and daily administrative operations of the Operations Team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with Operations team to manage internal projects and deliverables
- Provide administrative support to District Manager and Operations team by assisting with expenses, scheduling, travel etc.
- Acting as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands
- Assisting with the creation of memos, announcements and other internal communications
- Coordinating domestic and international travel when required, including flights, hotels and car rental reservations
- Schedule and plan video conference calls, meetings and appointments
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Greet clients and vendors upon arrival and direct them to appropriate offices
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Create and maintain customer invoices
- Reconcile monthly credit card statements
- Create, edit, and update spreadsheets
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases

**Knowledge & Skills Required**
- Post secondary education preferably in Administration or Business
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in an administrative capacity
- A track record of working in small, growing companies would be an asset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under limited supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is an asset

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
