Bilingual Office Assistant

We are immediatly seekin an individual who fits into our growing team for a full-time position who is highly driven, motivated and a self-starter.
Responsibilities by categories:
Office duties:
- Answer the general line and redirect phone calls accordingly
- Taking orders from clients and processing in the internal system
- Maintain a filing system
- Schedule shipping for products via shipping companies
Showroom assistants:
- Book appointment for sales people to visit our specification showroom
- Assist any clients and redirict to according departments
- Mintane and organize marketing material in the showroom
- Product knowledge training will be provided by Vogt to assist clients
Accounts receivable:
- Develop and maintain relationship with customers and enforce payment terms
- Record customer electronic and cheque payments
- Process authorized adjusting entries
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and disputes
- Invoice accounts after goods are delivered/ shipped
- Update internal system in all communications
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both French and English
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Excellent writing skills both French and English
- French is required
- Post Graduate/ College Diploma or other equivalent
- 2+ years related office experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Attention to detail and problem soving skills
**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- French (required)
