Currently we are looking to expand our accounting department with an Accounting Assistant. Accounting Assistants are responsible for general administrative work, A/P, A/R.

Policies and procedures have been implemented and have proven successful; receiving recognition from the Community for our efforts and the safety measures taken to ensure the safety of both staff and customers.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to join a successful growing company; there is lots of room for growth and to move up within the company. We are looking for an Accounting Assistant full-time or part-time position to perform various accounting duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- General administrative work to assist the full-time accountant.
- Accounts Payable.
- Accounts Receivable.
- Communicating with the retail and service staff, along with management.
- Other duties as required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Good computer skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Motivated, positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of Simply Accounting (computer software) - not required.

**Physical requirements**:

- Sitting, Standing, walking for extended periods; Frequent crouching, kneeling.
