**Customer Care Representative - Brampton ON**

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or Dimploma in Business/Marketing
- Minimum 2 years of Canadian Work Experience in customer service or sales role
- 1-2 years of experience working with Private Career College in Ontario is preferred

**Responsibilities include**:

- Asses the oobjectives and needs of prospective student and provide a value driven solution
- Invite prospective students for a school tour, conduct school tour and encourage them to enroll in the school
- Maintain data entry in CRM and update the status of each student after follow up
- Meet monthly and yearly enrollment targets

**Skills Required**:

- Exceptional oral and written communication
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and presntation skills
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management
- Strong motivated, result oriented with sales aptitute
- Ability to work independently as well as within the team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
