Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sports Coach to join our team. As a Sports Coach, you will be responsible for providing instruction and guidance to athletes in various sports disciplines. Your role will involve teaching fundamental skills, developing strategies, and fostering a positive and supportive environment for athletes to excel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of individual athletes or teams
- Teach athletes the fundamental skills and techniques required for their specific sport
- Plan and conduct practice sessions, drills, and conditioning exercises
- Provide feedback and constructive criticism to athletes to help them improve their performance
- Develop game strategies and tactics to maximize team success
- Motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential
- Ensure the safety of all participants during training sessions and competitions
- Collaborate with other coaches, parents, and staff members to create a positive team culture
- Attend meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance coaching skills

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Sports Coach, Personal Trainer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the specific sport(s) being coached
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes of all ages and skill levels
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organize training sessions effectively
- Valid driver's license (if required for travel)
- Must be able to move,run, exercise proficiently

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
- Personal Trainer Certification( Preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field (preferred)

This is a paid position with competitive compensation based on experience.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week

- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
