**We are currently seeking a full-time Personal Trainer Sales Manager to join our team.**

The Gym Manager leads the team and ensures the business operates efficiently, cleanliness, ensuring the club is achieving projected membership/sales goals, and that each member has a positive and pleasant customer journey experience.

**Key Responsibilities Include**
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company Personal Trainers to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment that will be conducive to maximize employee morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness.
- Meet and exceed team sales quota by monitoring sales KPIs, forecasting, fine-tuning sales processes, and ensuring consistency of sales metrics among the team;
- Generate sales through providing the whole experience about our personal training programs to clients.
- Be active in the community by organizing events regularly, connecting with other local businesses to support healthy relationships and marketing opportunities;
- Prepare and present sales reports to management on a weekly basis
- Inspire and grow your sales team through leading by examples and building a positive team spirit;
- Prospect and schedule appointments with potential clients inside our club.
- Follow up with Personal Training clients.
- Manage, monitor, and evaluate the performance of personal trainers.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or related field with two years of management experience preferred.
- Min. 1-year experience in the Fitness Industry
- Min. 1-year experience in Sales
- Be sales-oriented and have the ability to direct sales through company-required outreach programs.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Understanding of performance metrics including P&L, revenue, budgeting, inventory, payroll, cost controls, and facilities maintenance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team spirit with open, participative leadership style and drive for excellence.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
- Proficient in the use of all software programs that are utilized at the facility

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
