**Marketing Specialist**

One-year agreement, with potential for extension.

Salary Range $65,000-$80,000

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and community engagement. Working closely with CEO & Managing Directors, the Marketing Specialist will coordinate and manage internal and external marketing communications for our group of companies.

This role requires a creative mindset and attention to detail. The Marketing Specialist will play a role in analyzing marketing goals and progress ensuring the success and effectiveness of these initiatives.

**alphabeePRO,** the training division of AlphaBee, stands as an online platform offering a diverse array of training options. We offer a range of on-demand and live training options for parents/caregivers, ABA professionals, and direct support workers across school, community, and other settings. Our training modules are clinically relevant, practical, and designed to enhance service quality and outcomes for those we support. The training menu will continue to expand, covering diverse topics and delivery formats to meet the needs of all participants.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers
- Manage the company's digital presence, monitoring and engaging in social media communication
- Analyze data and metrics in Excel, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Stay current and actively explore industry trends and emerging platforms to keep the company innovative
- Promote external and internal events and services through various channels
- Use social media scheduling platforms to plan and publish posts
- Promote our Special Events & Engagement Team (SEET)

**Content Management: CMS WordPress**
- Manage and update three company websites (wm+a, AlphaBee & alphabeePRO) to ensure they are current and accurate
- Create and upload new content that is aligned with companies brand and messaging
- Maintain visual appeal using WordPress page builders
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
- Manage and maintain the structure of the WordPress website, including pages, posts, categories, and tags.
- Handle plugin updates, theme modifications, and other backend tasks (may require knowledge of HTML and CSS).
- Ensure site performance, speed, and security are optimized.

**Graphic Design**
- Update and develop traditional marketing materials (flyers, brochures, business cards, banners)
- Update outdated promotion materials

**Other related duties may be assigned.**

**Role Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Marketing
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging content
- Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools, along with experience in digital marketing strategies
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Creative thinker with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Knowledge of the social service sector is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

**Must-haves skills**:

- Canva
- Skilled with Adobe Illustrator (large scale banner design)
- Photoshop
- CMS - WordPress
- On Page and Off Page SEO
- Survey Monkey

**Hours of Work**:Monday - Friday with ability to work evenings and weekends as required for events.

**Work Location**: In person

**Goal**:
The primary goal of the Marketing Specialist is to contribute to the development and execution of effective marketing programs that enhance our reputation and facilitate business growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
