The estimated base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $120,000 per year.
Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience and other relevant factors (salary may be adjusted based on geographic location)

Armstrong World Industries, Inc. has a job opportunity for a Full Line Sales Manager who will interact with architects, distributors, contractors, owners, and facility managers to influence the specification and purchase of Armstrong commercial ceiling systems. Armstrong is seeking a strong architectural sales manager that can meet or exceed sales budget with regard to price, volume, and mix as well as interact and partner with other Armstrong sales reps to drive improved business results. This position will be located in the B.C. Canada Vancouver area.
**Key Responsibilities of the Full Line Sales Manager**:
- Building strong relationships with architects, owners, facility managers, contractors, and distributors to write and influence the specification and purchase of Armstrong Building Products acoustical lines
- Creating customer value and competitive advantage to use our products by specifying, tracking and closing jobs within the assigned territory
- Achieving territory's goals in sales volume, mix, new products, and pricing
- Expected to influence people who make buying/selling decisions and have a positive influence on others' behavior
- Expected to assist architects/designers in writing specifications for Armstrong commercial ceilings, grid, and wall systems with an emphasis on gaining competitive advantage
- Develop productive relationships with key distributor, contractor, and Armstrong personnel
- With Armstrong Team members and distributors, track projects to establish plans for selling Armstrong products in these buildings
- Responsible for growing the business - increasing/maintaining market share - by creating customer value and competitive advantages
- Position integrates into formal sales career progression process that requires sales effectiveness
**Required Qualifications for the Full Lines Sales Manager**:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in commercial building product sales, preferably in interior product finishes
- Experience as part of a specification sales team (knowledge of market segments would be an advantage)
- Demonstrated ability and experience to effectively manage multiple relationships and priorities
- Demonstrated ability and experience to plan effectively, short and long term
- Working knowledge and experience with construction in contracting and distribution network would be an advantage.
- Must be proficient in working with computer software such as Sales Force, Microsoft Office on the Microsoft Windows Platform.
**Alternate Qualifications**:
Title of Architectural Technologist, Architect or Designer would be an advantage
Knowledge of AutoCAD software would be an advantage
Knowledge of specification writing would be an advantage
