**The Data Analyst Role**

As a Data Analyst at Qlik, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our future through effective data management and governance.

We prioritize clean, accurate, and high-quality customer and account data, and your role will directly contribute to maintaining these standards within our collaborative and innovative environment.

**What makes this role interesting?**
- Data Evolution: Drive advancements in our account and customer data framework, focusing on creating a comprehensive customer 360 view.
- Data Stewardship: Oversee new customer account validation, data updates, and change requests, ensuring smooth operations across multiple platforms.
- Efficiency Optimization: Establish monitoring capabilities to refine processes, initiate go-to-market changes, and enhance data quality through external collaborations.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain database integrity with regular refreshes, boosting operational efficiency for our sales and marketing teams.
- Data Expertise: Collaborate on improving customer data accuracy, utilizing systems like Reltio and managing bulk data changes effectively.

- Elevating Data Integrity: Your work directly influences data quality, supporting a seamless customer experience and enabling informed decisions.
- Driving Operational Streamlining: By maintaining accurate and refreshed databases, you’ll streamline operations and increase overall team productivity.
- Fostering Innovation: Your expertise will reshape our data landscape, empowering smarter decisions and proactive improvements.

**We’re looking for a teammate with**:

- Strong motivation and a collaborative mindset, thriving in a team-centric environment.
- We would love to see strong experience with Salesforce (certified admin a real plus, as well as some form of MDM experience
- Reltio would be fantastic NetSuite, Zuora, or similar platforms also great.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in data management or database management.
- Familiarity with DemandTools or Data Loader for efficient data management.
- Exceptional collaboration skills, bridging diverse teams across different time zones.
