Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Crew Leader to join our team. The Crew Leader will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of landscape maintenance crews, ensuring high-quality work and efficient operations. Year round opportunities are available with winter snow maintenance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and supervise a team of landscape maintenance crew members
- Plan and assign daily tasks to crew members
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of gardens, landscapes, and irrigation systems
- Monitor work progress and quality to meet client expectations
- Train new crew members on landscaping techniques and safety procedures
- Collaborate with management to schedule projects and allocate resources effectively
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, garden care, and landscape construction
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills for effective team coordination
- Supervisory experience

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
