As an **Exterior Lead Installer/ Crew** at Ultimate Renovations, you will take your career to the next level by expertly crafting exterior home renovations. **Working as a Lead Installer, or, bringing your own crew, you posses the following skills and knowledge so you can complete tasks such as**:

- Installing windows, doors, soffit, fascia, eaves, siding and roofing
- Experience in all siding types considered an asset.
- Have your own brake and experience making custom metal bends.
- Safe set up of scaffolding

**On your resume we will be looking for the following qualifications**:

- Previous experience with exterior, residential renovations
- A track record of delivering high quality workmanship (if you can provide examples of completed projects, it would certainly be an asset)
- An interest in self-investment and growth as it relates to education and knowledge of local construction code, by-law requirements, and honing your skills
- A list of tools you own/have access to that will be required for this role
- Fluency in the English the language
