- Conduct regular inventory control through checks, audits, and ERP updates to ensure accurate stock levels and proper management of non-conforming products.
- Perform cost calculations and updates in the ERP system, including duties, tariffs, and import-related expenses, ensuring all costs are accurately reflected in inventory and BOMs.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements, including import tariffs, duties, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), and BRC (British Retail Consortium) standards.
- Manage customs documentation and ensure timely clearance of shipments, including handling any issues related to misclassification, documentation errors, or customs delays.
- Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other third-party logistics providers to facilitate smooth import processes and manage duties, tariffs, and international shipping agreements.
- Conduct warehouse spot checks, manage re-order points for packaging and materials, and ensure effective stock transfers and warehouse space management.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management within the food industry.
- Experience with international imports, including knowledge of B3 import tariffs, customs clearance, and managing compliance with international trade agreements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex cost management and inventory challenges.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating across multiple departments.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of supply chain and inventory management.
