We have a large basket over generic prescription products both orals and Injections in key therapeutic areas, Anti-Infective, Anti Retro Viral, Cardio Vascular, Central Nervous System and Pain Management. Auropharma has distribution and sales across Canada in Hospitals, Retail and Corporate.

**Job Summary**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and upcoming events
- Create purchase orders and Good Receipt notes in ERP system
- Maintaining and improving the company's inventory situation by analyzing inventory statistics to determine which products are selling and which are not.
- Monitor and Replenish inventory in various DC's within Canada
- Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain process and propose and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop and implement effective inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize carrying costs, and reduce stockouts or overstocks
- Adjust inventory plans accordingly to meet changing demand patterns and seasonal fluctuations
- Participate in supply calls with Major corporate customers
- Prepare and discuss Back order reports with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential disruptions in the supply chain
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Liase with customs broker and 3PL partners to execute import shipments

**Requirement & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of supply chain processes
- Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand forecasting
- Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management software, forecasting tools)
- Hands on experience on Oracle ERP is preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and make informed decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of international trade regulations, shipping procedures, and customs clearance is a plus
