The inside sales/ order desk agent is often the first impression and introduction to Acorn Landscape Supply. Your job is to provide a world class customer experience and your ultimate goal is to create lasting customer relationships with contractors and home owners in store and over the phone. You will handle the sales process from A-Z. You will be comfortable closing sales over the phone and in person in English and Mandarin

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a point of contact between the company and its customers, focusing on building retention and brand loyalty through great service and sales.
- resolve inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, order/delivery status, service issues and/or escalates appropriately to supervisors
- process orders and performs various routine clerical, administrative and general office duties.

**Skills, Experience, Competencies**
- High School diploma and/or College degree preferred with emphasis on communication and math skills.
- Experience with building supplies or the Landscape industry.
- Experience dealing with the public
- computer literate
- Pleasant with courteous telephone manner, sales and service oriented
- Ability to be objective, stay calm and remain effective in handling difficult situations and demanding individuals
- capable of independent work, good judgement, attentive to detail; organized and responsive
- Bilingual English/Mandarin

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
