At the Teatro Group, our mission is to create a place widely known for delicious food and drinks where guests and the community can socialize and dine. The goal is simple: create a polished-casual space made comfortable and fun by good food, good people, and good feelings. We’re evolving and seeking a Social Media & Marketing Manager to help us elevate our marketing function.
Reporting to the President, and interacting with our senior leadership team, this exciting growth role has accountability for driving business outcomes through marketing strategies and activities for our four brands. This includes developing, creating, and executing marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on social media strategies, content development, and implementation.
What will you bring to the team:
- Have a sharp eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and strong project management skills
- Writing is engaging and adaptable to various formats and audiences, and understand the nuances of the food and beverage industry
- Keen professional able to flex between strategy and execution and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to dive in
- Creativity, innovation, professionalism and being a self-starter and team player are critical for this role
- Mayor Role Functions:
- Marketing Strategy and Planning ( 25 percent of role)
- Content Development, Management and Execution ( 75 percent of role)
What are the requirements to perform:
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in marketing, communications and/or business
- 5-7 years of demonstrated/proven experience in both marketing and social media content development roles
- Experience managing agency and vendor relationships
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing, their audiences, and best practices
- Proficiency in content creation through digital assets, photography and videography
- Experience in the Food & Beverage industry, along with strong knowledge of operations and practices would be considered an asset
- This role works primarily out of our head office, with accountability for regularly visiting our various operating locations
