The Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) promotes and develops the capacity of families and communities to care for and protect vulnerable children and youth, and supports healthy child and family development to maximize the potential of every child in B.C. The Ministry is responsible for regional and province-wide delivery of services and programs that support positive and healthy outcomes for children, youth, and their families.

The Business Operations Support and Evaluation Team in Service Delivery Division provides centralized business supports to the division, including provincial workforce operations, business intelligence, program evaluation, technology procurement, and mobile response.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- A diploma in public or business administration or related field and a minimum of two years of related experience; OR Grade 12 and four years of related experience.

Related experience must include some experience in all of the following areas:

- Experience in business process reviews including workflow analyses and redesign, interpreting legislation, and regulations and policies to emend or develop business processes.
- Experience in collaborating with partners and stakeholders to create solutions.
- Experience in analyzing and translating business processes into workflow diagrams and other technical specifications.

Preference may be given to applicants who have:

- Experience working in the field of communications for a large organization.
- Experience of relational database systems, relational data modeling and data management principles, structured analysis and design, and documentation of business requirements.

**About this Position**:
There are currently two (2) regular full-time positions available and one (1) temporary full-time opportunity to August 2024. The temporary opportunity may be extended or may become permanent.

These positions can be based out of any of the locations listed above.

An eligibility list may be established to fill future temporary and permanent vacancies.
