**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define Customer Experience: Create and implement communication strategies that enhance the customer experience and engagement at every touchpoint.
- Lead Content Development: Direct all aspects of content creation for Bluum’s websites, ensuring the content is engaging, on-brand, and tailored to meet our goals.
- SEO Optimization: Strategically write content to help us target specific keywords to enhance visibility and drive traffic to our platforms.
- Monitor Competition: Keep a close watch on competitors’ online activities to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust our content strategy as needed.
- Customer Success Stories: Conduct interviews and research to write impactful customer success stories and case studies that highlight the effectiveness of our services.
- Content Repurposing: Adapt content across various media, including video scripting and strategy, and various social media posts to maximize awareness, action, and engagement.
- Collaboration with Marketing and Other Departments: Work closely with the various Bluum team members and Partners to craft and execute powerful online marketing strategies that bolster our brand's visibility and engagement.
- Content Updates: Regularly update existing content to keep it relevant and current, ensuring that it reflects the latest industry insights and company developments.
- Innovative Use of AI: Integrate AI tools into content workflows to enhance efficiency and creativity, while ensuring all content remains original and true to Bluum's unique voice.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in content management, SEO strategies, and online marketing with a minimum of five years of experience.
- Strong ability to research, write, and edit high-quality content.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, including AI platforms, and a strong understanding of current industry practices.
- Experience with HubSpot is preferred but not required.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with ambiguity, finding effective solutions in fluid situations where clear directions are not always provided.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
