- Oversee all aspects of event production, including stage management, technical setups (audio/visual), and on-site operations to ensure flawless execution.
- Coordinate with production teams, vendors, and contractors to deliver high-quality event experiences.
- Develop production schedules, floor plans, and contingency plans to address on-site challenges.
- Administer revenues and expenditures and assist in preparing financial reports.
- Develop and monitor risk management and emergency security plans.
- Promote conference, meeting services, or special events through strategic marketing and communication plans.
- Develop and execute media strategies and public relations activities.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and volunteers.
- Plan, oversee, and manage event logistics, including site inspections, schedules, and accommodations.
- Coordinate and monitor conference activities, including hospitality services, media services, and set-ups.
- Develop sponsorship, partnership, and fundraising programs.
- Research, design, and execute special event programs, including social events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Manage budgets, prepare financial reports, and negotiate costs with vendors.
- Implement and manage registration systems, marketing strategies, and promotional products.

**Skills and Requirements**:
Education: College, CEGEP, or a non-university certificate/diploma (1 to 2 years).

Experience: 2 to 3 years in event coordination or a related field.
