We employ clinical specialists throughout the United States and Canada to assist with treatment recommendations and provide education about the proper utilization of wound care products.

**We are looking to add a Master Planner to our team**
The position of **Master Planner** oversees Supply Chain Optimization, Inventory Management, Logistic Coordination, Risk management.
**Supply Chain Optimization**:
- Global planners analyze and optimize supply chain processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective movement of goods.
**Demand Management**:
- Develop an efficient strategy for the smooth Product movement
- Cross communication over the business to develop a global demand for the site
- Develop KPIs and planning tools to measure the delivery performance of the site
- Develop correct tools to measure the potential revenue/ target as per forecast
- Make a business strategy for Inventory of product based on sales and marketing input.
- Develop a safety level stock for product group
- Develop 3-month plan based on demand and forecast
- Work closely with scheduler to understand capacity and Leadtime and feasibility of demand
**Inventory Management**:
- Manage inventory levels, demand forecasting, and safety stock requirements.
- Develop and maintain consolidated inventory analysis and reporting by product
- Support and complete ad-hoc analyses related to factors affecting key inventory components
- Report month-end inventory results including variances to forecast and LY
- Develop and maintain inventory forecasting and reporting tools
- Plan monthly the net demand calculation based on customer forecast, inventories and production capacities
**Risk Management**:
- Assess and mitigate risks related to global supply chains, such as geopolitical issues, natural disasters, and disruptions.
- Report the potential risk and Loss revenue
- Initiative to make contingency plan to prevent the Loss
**Logistics Coordination**:
- Global planners work closely with transportation providers, customs agencies, and other stakeholders to coordinate shipments.
**DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s Degree/MBA in Science, Engineering, Business, Supply chain management
- Proven working experience as a Planner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with multiple business partners and varying levels of management
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Inventory Management System
- Certification in Planning and Inventory Management is required.
- Certification in Supply Chain Analyst is as asset.
- PMP is an asset.
- Analytical thinker and passionate to understand the vision of business
