As a Marketing Strategy and Content Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing our marketing campaigns across all platforms. Your role will focus on developing strategic marketing plans, controlling the quality of content production, and ensuring our messaging resonates with our target audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling content that drives engagement and meets business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and achieve marketing goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and target audience preferences.
- Oversee content creation, from conceptualization to production, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Manage content calendars, allocate resources, and monitor timelines for timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights to optimize results.
- Collaborate with design, product, sales, and other teams to ensure cohesive branding and marketing efforts across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies to continuously improve our marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing strategy development and content management, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to inform strategy decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate them into effective marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems, social media, and analytics software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per month
