**Ce que vous devez faire**:

- Être le point de contact pour les employés et les clients
- Gérer les fonctions de ventes (autorisation d’escomptes, promotions et les ventes faites par les représentants aux ventes)
- Préparation des présentations de ventes pour clients importants
- Gérer les fonctions administratives (Supervision de l’état des comptes à recevoir, autorisation des notes de crédit, superviser la facturation)
- Gérer les fonctions comptables (préparation des paiements, préparation des depots, préparation des bons de commandes, entrée des réceptions de marchandise, etc)
- Gérer le site web (modifications de produits et prix)

Modifications au catalogue de produits

**Ce que nous cherchons**:

- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste semblable
- Fort sens de l'organisation
- Habiletés en service a la clientèle et en ventes
- Habiletés en résolutions de problèmes
- Expérience dans le secteur alimentaire est un atout
- Excellentes capacités de communications orales et écrites
- Bilingue français/anglais - italien est un atout
- Connaissances de logiciels comptables
- Personne indépendante, motivée et responsable et qui travaille bien en équipe
