**JOB SUMMARY**:
AIIM is seeking a an individual who will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, purchasing and coordination of quality products, materials and services to meet Company’s operational requirements, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply.
**JOB KNOWLEDGE**:

- Commercial and financial awareness with a full understanding of how failure impacts the production, manufacture and customer order fulfillment

- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Basic college Diploma in relevant space
- Previous experience of working on a purchasing team, preferably within the print industry
- Computer savvy (knowledge of Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint)
- Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Adhere to Health and Safety Policy and to report all unsafe and unhealthy work conditions
- To produce quality work effectively and efficiently.
- Supervising the process of sourcing and purchasing essential materials for a business operations
- Act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant department on purchasing processes, new projects and activities
- Coordinating with various departments and order status
- Help assess the quality of stock received and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management
- Monitor and advise on any issues which present risk or opportunity to the organization
- Researching raw materials, suppliers and completing cost analysis
- Establish, maintain and improve SOP around AIIM’s purchasing and inventory management policies
- Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures
- Work closely with other in the procurement function and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvements
- Build, maintain and manage supplier relationship and keep up good communications
- Developing and executing purchasing strategies
- Prepare reports and updates as and when required
- Negotiating long-term strategic purchase agreements
- Developing inventory controls to identify demand for new materials
- Help with the due diligence on potential acquisitions when required
