- Lead and support the development of a Growth through Service mentality that drives customer satisfaction and future business growth
- Perform regular reviews of cost, quality, safety and productivity metrics, setting plans and executing these effectively to drive optimal performance of the Operations team through goal setting, observation, coaching and reviews
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in a leadership role within a service-focused environment
- Service plumbing experience is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to extract the full potential of technical professionals through development and leadership
- Ability to retain top talent
- Strong competitive awareness with the ability to coach accordingly
- Introduce new initiatives to maintain further growth
- Create alignment between corporate goals and individual objectives
- Heightened sense of self-awareness and emotional intelligence
- Demonstrate a strong verbal and written communication skillset
**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year
Flexible Language Requirement:

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
