Service Management Director

Aramark Canada is seeking a highly skilled Service Management Director to lead our team in providing exceptional service to a healthcare facility in Red Deer, Alberta.
Job Responsibilities:- Plan, administer, and direct all unit activities related to food and facilities service, ensuring compliance with Aramark and client standards.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified food service experience.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Interact with Client Management and maintain effective client and customer relations.
- Provide overall direction and manage performance for all Food Service Supervisors and front-line employees.
- Direct, staff, and train food service department regarding food presentation, quality, cost control, and cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with all contract obligations.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Red Seal chef or experience with oversight of a Food operation is an asset.
- Basic Housekeeping Experience or full EVS experience is an asset.
- Menu management, balancing a budget, and working within assigned operational costs/budget.
- Requires a minimum of 5+ years progressive experience managing operations with financial and operational responsibility.
- Computer savvy with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, customers, and support staff.
- P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable.
- Requires management and leadership skills and the ability to work with confidential employee, client, and Aramark information.
