**Work Shift**: Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Some travel may be required (10%).

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Review and pre-screen resumes for a variety of positions
- Attend and participate in workforce planning meetings
- Facilitate pre-hire activities, including Drug & Alcohol and Physical Demands Testing
- Assist with interviews and reference checks for the Talent Coordinator team and hiring managers (online or in-person), ensuring that the interview teams have the appropriate information - as needed
- Assist in the development of process documents, recruitment tools, including pre-screening and interview guides, job advertisements, interview tools, training documentation etc.
- Work in collaboration with the training department to facilitate a smooth onboarding process
- Travel and participate in recruiting trade shows and events

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Advanced computer skills and technical aptitude with the ability to operate in multiple systems, including TALEO (Oracle), Excel, Google Shared Drive, Outlook, Indeed, etc.
- Experience with Applicant tracking systems is preferred
- Broad understanding of HR policies, programs and services
- Professionalism and decorum as it pertains to sensitive personal information

**Education Requirements**:

- A minimum of a certificate or diploma in Human Resources, Business, Management, Communications or equivalent - with a minimum of (2) years of related experience
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, staffing processes and procedures, employment terms and conditions and talent acquisition practices
- A RPR designation or University Degree would be considered an asset
- A combination of education and experience may be considered
