We are looking to add an Office Administration Specialist to our Edmonton team The Office Administration Specialist will work with the HR and Leadership teams to maintain and manage multiple administrative functions.

**Responsibilities (including but not limited to)**:

- Greet guests, new hires and deliveries at the front door.
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding, mobile device setup/management, gas card administration, etc.
- Assist with miscellaneous safety department tasks as outlined by the Health and Safety Officer.
- Organize and distribute technician uniforms.
- Weekly bank deposits.
- Order, organize and distribute office supplies and stationary as needed.
- Maintain organization and tidiness around office.
- Miscellaneous administration tasks such as incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, etc.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- 3-5 years of previous experience.
- Motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative and highly collaborative environment.
- Extraordinary time management skills, self-motivated and comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously.
