**Job Summary**
- The Faculty of Open Learning and Career Development develops and delivers innovative and diverse educational programs for more than 3000 students annually to help them navigate the changing world of learning and work. Across the spectrum, the Faculty of Open Learning and Career Development offers 300+ courses that help people prepare for undergraduate study or build new skills for career change or advancement. Reporting to the Director, Information Management, the Project Coordinator, Student Records Digitization will assist in building a modern, centralized and digital student records system for the Faculty in compliance with University records management policies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develops a project charter, and related documents, using them to successfully carry out the project, monitoring and recording progress in the documents as the project unfolds.
- Audits all sources of student records, both hard copy and digital across the Faculty.
- Works with Information Management Team and programs to identify where new students will need to be created in Destiny One.
- Moves all past student records, currently held in hard copy or in alternative databases, to digital records in Destiny One using the template and system developed.
- Trains faculty employees in the processes and standards for digital student records in Destiny One student information system in accordance with established processes.
- Keeps the project on budget as required.

**Note**
The successful applicant will be eligible for hybrid work (combination of in-person work on campus and remote work) as agreed by all parties based on operational requirements and university guidelines.

**Required Qualifications**
- Office/Business Administration program with three years’ project coordination experience (or equivalent combination of training and experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to react to change or feedback productively is required.
- Demonstrated experience simultaneously supporting multiple projects and a corresponding ability to prioritize competing demands and organize complex tasks, materials, and activities in a structured, coherent way.
- Must have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships and excellent customer service with a wide range of individuals and stakeholders.
