ROC Modular is recruiting an **Administrative Assistant** to work out of our Calgary Head Office in support of our modular construction projects throughout western Canada and USA.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and handle all administrative tasks including; but not limited to, data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing, preparing expense statements and archiving of files.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as recording transactions and reconciling accounts.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering supplies and coordinating repairs.
- Provide general support to projects, procurement, finance and sales teams members as needed.
- Prepare meeting agendas, organize meetings and produce minutes.
- Prepare spreadsheets and maintain databases and logs.
- Assist the project staff with day-to-day administrative support.
- Assist Project Management Team with organization and distribution of information.
- General office management duties.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma and post secondary study.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Basic understanding of project management and procurement principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
