- Assist with social media marketing
- Creative problem-solving and adapting quickly to changing priorities and client needs
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to interact effectively with all existing and potential customers in a professional and pleasant manner
- Has ability to build strong rapport with new customers, effectively upsell products, and improve sales margins
- Has a track record of successful conflict resolution, active listening skills, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrates ability to accomplish objectives during challenging customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Can build and nurture long-lasting and meaningful relationships with clients, resulting in repeat business and referrals
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support and/or sales positions considered an asset
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive client information and processing transactions
- Technical aptitude to troubleshoot system issues and assist clients.

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

- High-end sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
