**A Snapshot of Your Day**
- Provide onsite IT support
- to end users,
- Perform computer configuration and setup
- Implementation & service of standard factory hardware (i.e. Barcode Scanner, Printer, Tablet, etc.) implementation of IT/OT projects at factory location
- install and upgrade manufacturing IT hardware (i.e. Machines, computers, PPMDs, etc.), install software, patches etc.
- Building Machine IT/OT network architecture and writing Manufacturing IT documentation
- Local OT server administration, including access & Windows group management in an on-premise infrastructure environment

- Create productivity by deploying IT solutions across the company
- Increase user satisfaction
- Actively manage and resolve IT issues

**What You Bring**
- 0-3 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge and experience with WIN10 Operating System, MS Office 365, SharePoint Online, Planner, and other Microsoft tools, as well as computer hardware
- Knowledge and experience with CISCO and Ubiquiti network devices
Knowledge and experience with WIN server OS and data center operation
Experience with VMware is considered an asset
- Excellent communication, organizational and inter-personal skills
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve deadlines
- Self-starting
