We are currently looking for a motivated, autonomous and a team-oriented individual to join our operations team in Delta, BC. The Warehouse and Bulk Handling operator will be responsible for managing and overseeing bulk transportation operations involving both truck and rail systems. This role requires a blend of expertise in bulk truck handling and rail logistics to ensure safe and efficient handling of materials.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Shipping/Receiving of all stock items as per defined policies, procedures and protocols in both standard warehouse and bulk truck / rail operations.
- Physical counts
- Sending paperwork
- Ensuring accurate inventory
- Stock handling and inventory control
- Shipping and receiving of all products
- Keeping the premises clean
- Compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Supports other functions as needed
- **Bulk truck handling experience**:

- **Rail experience**:

- Experience as a warehouse operator in a distribution environment; experience with hazardous material would be considered an asset.
- High school diploma or completed equivalencies
- Team spirit, motivation and ability to work under pressure with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work with chemicals
- Excellent interpersonal skills, great ability to communicate and solve different issues
- Experience with WHMIS / TDG would be an asset
- Ability to push, lift and hold loads of up to 50lbs on a regular basis
- Must demonstrate particular attention to safety standards
- Good teamwork skills, self-motivation and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with JD Edwards will be considered a strong asset

The annual base pay range for this position is reasonably expected to be $23/hour to $28/hour. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.

Base salary is only a part of the total rewards package - this role will also be eligible for a generous incentive program and benefits. Quadra’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. Please note that the base pay shown qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
