The Warehouse Operator role involves various warehouse tasks like receiving, shipping, inventory control, and equipment operation while aligning with the company's core values, particularly sustainability. The position requires technical knowledge of warehouse procedures, power equipment operation, and software proficiency, alongside attributes such as strong communication, reliability, teamwork, customer service orientation, and safety awareness.

**Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday 6:00am-2:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pm

**In this role, you will**:

- Safely operate power equipment as per established procedures.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers efficiently.
- Carry out accurate and timely receiving tasks.
- Thoroughly inspect receipts for damage and verify accuracy.
- Label, wrap, and tag products and skids accurately.
- Utilize power equipment to locate, retrieve, and replace products in the system.
- Handle material transfer requests to other warehouses as needed.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and secure warehouse environment.
- Assist the supervisor in ensuring smooth warehouse operations.
- Adhere to provided instructions, including Work Procedures, SOPs, and cGMP.
- Contribute to general housekeeping tasks both inside and outside the warehouse.

**You have**:

- Minimum of two years' experience in a warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with general warehouse procedures, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Certification and experience in operating power equipment are advantageous.
- Capability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong orientation toward customer service, maintaining professionalism when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Safety-conscious mindset.
- Availability for flexible scheduling as required.
