We are looking for an enthusiastic _**Associate**_ _**Ecommerce Manager **_to join our marketing department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. you will play a critical role on the team that is responsible for delivering a best-in-class online experience for our customers. Reporting to the Senior Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing & merchandising 3 online stores, contributing to the planning and evolution of the websites and other marketing channels & working collaboratively with cross-functional and third-party partners to achieve the company’s e-commerce goals.

**What you will do in this role**:

- **Ensure websites are up-to-date and maintained **_
- Become an expert on our e-commerce platform, learning the ins and outs of the backends of our websites.
- Review and manage websites daily to ensure images, copy, pricing, and web assets are accurate, and customer experience is optimized.
- Identify issues and inaccuracies and take immediate action to address them.
- Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities to increase the website traffic and online production; attend workshops & webinars to ensure we are staying up to date with relevant ecommerce trends and innovations.
- Conduct regular competitive shops and market research; identify and communicate opportunities, trends, best practices & what other players in the marketplace are doing.
- Work with external copywriting & SEO partners to vet, proofread & optimize blog posts, meta descriptions, alt text and other SEO tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, third party agencies and internal marketing partners to maintain ecommerce standards through flawless execution.
- **Analyze data & deliver reports**_
- Utilize data collection & reporting tools available to you to pull data for daily, weekly, monthly e-comm reports, as well as any ad hoc requests related to the online business that come from management, executives, or other functional partners within the business.
- Provide insightful recaps and summaries to the management team about what the data means, what takeaways there are, and how we can use the learnings to impact future business.
- Develop a full understanding of the business goals specific to ecommerce, and work with the Senior Manager to build strategies that will allow us to reach those goals.
- **Manage the onboarding & lifecycle of our products**_
- Take part in monthly & quarterly meetings with merchants to understand what is being onboarded and shot for website photography & gain product knowledge.
- Review and manage Excel documents for the photo studio team, indicating what needs to be shot, and when.
- Create work-back schedules for the marketing and merchandising teams, with clear deadlines for when tasks need to be completed.
- Work with buyers to ensure samples arrive on time, based on approved schedule
- Stay in the loop on photography progress, re-touching requirements, and other activities impacting the website aesthetic & customer experience.
- Develop a comprehensive, end-to-end understanding of every ecommerce product and provide updates on the process on a regular basis.
- A passion for and knowledge of online retail, specifically men’s fashion.
- An analytical mind - you don’t just compile numbers; you analyze them & use your findings to influence better decision making in the future.
- An amazing eye for detail - whether it’s errors/inconsistencies in a data set or a spelling/grammar mistake.
