Our Real Estate Accounting team is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to process and reconcile Real Estate investment transactions precisely and in a timely manner while ensuring internal controls are in place.

Responsibilities Include:

- Recording and processing real estate investment transactions, including capital calls, distributions, income and expenses in Simcorp Dimension ("SCD") and Yardi Voyager while upholding internal controls
- Collaborating with internal and external parties to set up new investments in SCD
- Quarterly updating of the market value of fund investments in SCD
- Performing daily and monthly cash reconciliations
- Preparing various reconciliations and reports
- Providing necessary documentation for internal and external audits
- Providing vacation coverage for Accounts Payable Analyst
- Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance is required
- 3+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience
- Working towards a professional accounting designation is advantageous
- Excellent Microsoft skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to manage conflicting deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Exhibits the ability to work both individually and as part of a team
