**Job Title**: Business Marketing Manager - Imaging (Canada)

Lead marketing programs that elevate the Philips Imaging brand in the market through demand generation strategies and tactics. The primary responsibility of the BMM is to understand and anticipate market and customers’ needs, oversee the deployment of demand generation strategies and programs into the market from program creation, to deployment, to lead management, lead qualification and strategically position solutions to meet the customer and business requirements.

**Your role**
- Generate demand in new and existing markets by identifying cross-sell, up-sell, and service sales in existing installed base; identifying new customer leads, based on customer scan, competitive intelligence, and understanding of market needs; conducting lead generation and management analytics to continuously improve sources of lead generation (e.g., prioritize trade shows based on lead success rate)
- Shape and develop markets by managing relationships with Canadian key opinion leaders to support key trade shows, user meetings and product symposia; identify and manage luminary/reference accounts, manage relationships with key analyst groups (such as MedTech); Help identify and manage relationships with local KOLs, societies, alliances, sponsors, advisory boards, in collaboration with BU product management and sales.
- Manage and drive campaigns in respective geographies to promote products and solutions
- Driving communication strategy to field teams, product to new hire training deployment, and overall market support processes, strategies and procedures. Drive Business-Market Combination (BMC) business planning, in coordination with Canada leadership, finance, sales, service, and BIU functions

**You’re the right fit if**
- You’ve acquired 10+ years in marketing, sales, product development, sales support, or related field
- You have a Bachelors Degree (MBA or other Master’s degree preferred)
- Your skills include Medical marketing experience; experience in high-tech, healthcare/med-tech solutions businesses
- You have a competitive and entrepreneurial mindset to drive sales growth in new and existing markets; ability to identify local opportunities, interact with decision makers and provide highest quality lead as a result

**Additional Information**

Company relocation benefits **_will not_** be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in **_or_** within commuting distance to **Greater Toronto area.**
